Menopause Service

What is menopause?

Menopause is a natural stage of life that usually occurs between ages 45 and 55. It is defined as the time when a person has not had a menstrual period for 12 months.

Hormonal changes during this time can lead to a range of physical and emotional symptoms. While many people experience mild symptoms, others may experience more severe or complex symptoms that affect their daily life.
