The Holden Street Sexual Health Clinic is a specialist HIV and Sexual Health service which provides confidential specialist medical care for people from priority populations including people living with HIV, men who have sex with men, sex workers, people who inject drugs, Aboriginal people, people with symptoms of a sexually transmissible infection (STI) and sexual contacts of people diagnosed with priority STIs including chlamydia, gonorrhoea, syphilis and HIV.
The clinic works closely with the sexual health promotion team in prevention, promotion and educational activities.

The Holden Street Sexual Health Clinic is open (by appointment only):
- 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Wednesday to all genders (closed 12 to 1 pm for lunch)
- 1 pm to 5 pm Thursday to all genders
- 5 pm to 8 pm Thursday for the Guy’s Clinic
- 9.30 am to 3.30pm Friday – Wyong Central Community Health Centre
