Mental Health

Children (0 to 11)

Children’s mental health provides a range of clinical and non-clinical services in both the community and in hospital.

Services are available 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday and include:

  • Perinatal and Infant Mental Health (PIMH) – a specialist service for people in the perinatal period presenting with moderate to severe mental health needs.
  • School Link – a partnership between NSW Health and NSW Department of Education that promotes emotional wellbeing in school communities.
  • Central Coast Medicare Mental Health Kids Hub – an accessible, child-centred and family focused service for children and their families experiencing challenges with mental health and wellbeing. Find out more on our Mental Health Centres page.
