Good mental health e-newsletter

The Good Mental Health Newsletter (nicknamed ‘The Good Newsy’) is an e-newsletter produced by the Central Coast Mental Health Service for the local community, sharing information about local services, organisations and groups that can help maintain good mental health and be of assistance if you are experiencing mental ill-health.

  • One Door Mental Health Fellowship
    Previously the Schizophrenia Fellowship, One Door provides information, education, advocacy and support for people with mental illness and their families and carers. One Door runs a Schizophrenia and Bipolar Fellowship that meets monthly on the Central Coast.

  • Yakkalla (Bateau Bay) / The Trust – Beyond the Stigma (Narara)
    The Central Coast ARAFMI is a not-for-profit, supporting adults who have a lived experience of mental illness or trauma. The participate-led programs create meaningful and inclusive lives through providing education, social, recreational and leadership opportunities.
