Central Coast Local Health District provides public healthcare services to communities across the Central Coast.
We care for a growing and diverse community through hospitals, community health centres and community-based services that support people at every stage of life. Our services range from prevention and early intervention through to acute, sub-acute, rehabilitation, mental health and specialist care.
Guided by our vision of trusted care, better health for everyone, we work with consumers, carers, staff, partners and the wider community to deliver safe, high-quality healthcare that improves health outcomes and experiences for the people we serve.

Community health and community-based services
Care is also delivered through community health centres, outreach services and other community-based models of care across the Central Coast.
These services support people to access healthcare closer to home and include community nursing, child and family health, mental health, oral health, allied health, aged care, chronic disease management, rehabilitation, health promotion and other specialised community-based services.
As healthcare needs change, we continue to expand and adapt the way services are delivered, including virtual care, outreach programs and integrated models of care that improve access for our community.
Planning for the future
We plan and deliver services based on the current and future health needs of our community.
Our Strategic Plan and Clinical Services Plan guide how we invest in services, facilities and workforce development to ensure people across the Central Coast can access safe, high-quality healthcare now and into the future.
