Our Cardiology Clinical Trials Unit has been active since 1990 and since then has enrolled over 3500 patients in over 70 international clinical trials. These trials offer an extension to standard medical care and give patients access to treatments and regimes not otherwise available. There are a number of studies underway for people who have experienced any of the following:

• suffered a heart attack
• had a coronary stent
• are overweight?
• suffer any heart failure
• have high cholesterol?
