Women reflect the female function of the Earth. Their bodies are cyclical accepting or rejecting the seeds, nourishing our communities and providing for generations to come. We are born of the Earth and return to her in death. The grey kangaroo prints in the background show the mob, like our community, coming together in strength and resilience. The grey kangaroo is one of many totems for Darkinyung (Darkinjung) people.
