This multi-award winning exhibition is hosted in October each year by the Central Coast Mental Health Service to celebrate Mental Health month. People on the Central Coast whose lives have been affected by mental illness are invited to exhibit, including family, carers and friends. Artists of all ages exhibit a diverse range of artwork which includes all the different mediums in painting as well as sculpture, drawings, ceramics, photography and writing. Many artists share the inspiration behind their artwork and some of their personal story, which is displayed with their artwork. This creates a very powerful and unique viewing experience.
