Emergency Planning

Carers say “everything is alright at the moment but I worry if something happens to me”

An emergency plan is used when something unexpected occurs. It provides:

  • information on the specific care needs of the person requiring care
  • alerts others that you are a carer and someone relies on you for care
  • the carer with the tools to work through a crisis BEFORE it occurs.
